Whether you are considering going vegan, or already are, this event is for you. In her book Cook, Share, Eat Vegan, Áine has created the ultimate vegan bible with recipes that are easy to follow and don’t rely on hard-to-find ingredients. Aine is joined by Paul Kane, Head Chef at Henderson’s Vegan, Edinburgh’s first fully vegan restaurant. Together they will talk about why we should all be eating a more plant-based diet and giving advice on how to go vegan for beginners. They will also share their best recipes, from comfort food to zen-inducing bowls, and demonstrating some simple dishes to make at home. Discover the beauty of plant-based food and leave your preconceived notions at the door.
