In this event you will learn about nutrition, which exercises are best for fat burning, toning and strengthening, and how to improve your confidence and motivation.    The event includes a Q&A session where you can ask questions about your own personal fitness journey.

Iona Bruce is a personal trainer and fitness blogger.
