EDINBURGH'S ONLY FESTIVAL DEDICATED TO HEALTH, FITNESS AND WELLBEING

On 27th and 28th January 2018, the first Edinburgh Wellbeing Festival was held at the Assembly Rooms on George Street,  bringing some of the biggest names in health and fitness to Edinburgh, providing talks and workshops on everything from healthy eating to emotional wellbeing, plus a range of fitness classes.
