GUIDED MEDITATION WITH YOGA GANESH

Suitable for complete beginners or regular meditators, this guided class will help you tune out and relax. Yoga Ganesh will also show how Pranayama Breath can release tension and anxiety, bring peace and harmony into your life and a smile to your soul.
Previously a physical training and anatomy instructor, Yoga Ganesh is a certified Yoga Alliance instructor and completed his training in India, Czech Republic, Vietnam and Greece.
