Do you often experience anxiety and worry about the future?  Is your glass always half empty?  Do you wish you could be more positive and manage your negative thinking?  Unlock Your Life is a fun and highly motivating workshop which will teach you how to build resilience, reduce stress and unlock the best version of you.   Andy Barker and Beth Wood are the founders of Mind Fitness, a training programme for the mind that has a positive and lasting impact on mental health and wellbeing.  In the same way you would work on your physical fitness, they will help you declutter and refocus on your brain.  In this workshop you will learn how to build resilience, reduce stress, identify and control emotional triggers, embrace change and develop effective relationships.
